St. Pat’s Salad
  • 1 pkg. lime Jello
  • 1 cup. hot water
  • 1 ( 3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup cream, whipped
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup nutmeats

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Let cool and then whip it and the cream cheese and salad dressing.
Fold in pineapple and nuts. Fold into the whipped cream. Pour into a pretty dish and refrigerate.
