Marge’s St. Pat’s Casserole
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. curly noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 lb. grated Chedder cheese
  • 1 can corned beef, flaked
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper (opt.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped onions
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Mix all ingrediants into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
Top with crusted potato chips. Bake at 350 for 60 to 75 minutes.
