Pats Casserole
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. curly noodles, cooked
- 1/4 lb. grated Chedder cheese
- 1 can corned beef, flaked
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper (opt.)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onions
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Mix all ingrediants into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
Top with crusted potato chips. Bake at 350 for 60 to 75 minutes.
