Cranberry Bread
Blend eggs with sugar; add melted butter, orange juice and hot water Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to egg mixture Fold in cranberries and nuts Pour into greased and floured 7 ½ by 3¾ by 2¼ loaf pans Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes Makes for 4 loaves From "Courtin' in Kelly's Kitchen" by Joanne Kliegl Kelly |
