St. Pat's Casserole
  • 1 - 12 oz bag curly noodles (cooked)
  • 1 can corned beef (flaked)
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onions
  • ¼ pound grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ chopped green pepper (optional)
  • salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 by 13 inch pan.

Top with crushed potato chips

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
