St. Pat's Casserole
- 1 - 12 oz bag curly noodles (cooked)
- 1 can corned beef (flaked)
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onions
- ¼ pound grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ chopped green pepper (optional)
- salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased
9 by 13 inch pan.
Top with crushed potato chips
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
