• 1 dry cake mix
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs

Beat by hand: eggs, oil and vanilla

Add ½ of cake mix and beat until smooth

Stir in the other ½ of cake mix & stir until well blended

Add whatever you want for flavor
I use a yellow cake mix for dates and nuts.
Chocolate cake mix is good with nuts.
Yellow or white for chocolate chip cookies.
Any combination you would like.

Drop on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
