Aunt Lizzie's Dumplings
  • 1 beaten egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour

Beat egg and milk together

Mix dry ingredients together and stir in.

Spoon on top of boiling soup.

Cook uncovered 10 minutes and cover 10 minutes

They are very light and fluffy!
